Next Big Bang Boom is:
July 6, 2013 with events starting at 1:00 P.M. with the fireworks show starting at 10:00 P.M.
Events and Attractions
Free Parking Entrance— Enter the Free Parking area on Maple St at the Main Entrance of the park.
It is prefered that traffic be limited into the park after 10pm.
Free Parking Exit— Please follow the direction of the Norfolk Police Divsion officers as you exit the park so they can get everyone out in a safe and timely manor.
PAID PARKING
Paid Parking will be in the field at the northwest corner of Maple and 18th street with entrance and exit on 18th street. Cars will be parked by the Morning Optimist club.

Trolleys
2 units will operate from the North parking lot to the handicapped parking area in the main shelter area from 2:00pm to start of fireworks. They will not run after the fireworks & laser show. (Sponsored by Big Bang Boom & Apache MFG.)
Food Vendors
There will be large variety of foods, drinks and snacks. Visiting one of the many vendors will bring pleasure to you taste buds with ethnic foods to kettle corn to the all american hamburger. There will also be glow necklesses available through out the park. Look for Boy Scouts that will be selling the glow necklesses.

Fireworks by J&M
Starting at 10:00 we will light up the sky with fireworks supplied by J&M Displays of Yarmouth, IA and shot by your very own BIG BANG BOOM shoot crew from right here in Norfolk. The fireworks are digitally and electronically choreographed to a vast array of music put together by the fireworks committee, so don't forget to bring your Big Bang Boombox so you can listen to the show on your favorite local radio station: 94 Rock (94.7), US 92 (92.7) 106 KIX (106.5) or Lite Rock (97.5).
